Cherry Chutney recipe
Ingredients:
2 ½ lb Fresh Pitted cherries.
1 cup of Diced onion.
1 ½ cup of White wine vinegar.
2 tablespoons of Minced fresh ginger.
1 ½ cup of White sugar.
¼ teaspoon of Mustard seed.
¼ teaspoon of Celery seed.
1/8 teaspoons of Ground allspice.
½ teaspoon of Ground coriander.
1/8 teaspoons of Ground cinnamon.
¼ teaspoon of Dried red pepper flakes.
1 teaspoon of Salt.
Preparation Instructions:
Place all the ingredients in a saucepan.
Heat over a medium to low heat for approximately an hour, or until the mixture has started to become syrupy.
