Almond/Cherry Bread recipe

Ingredients:

For 1lb Loaf
1 tablespoon of Butter
1 cup of Milk.
1 tablespoon of Almond paste.
¼ teaspoons of Almond extract.
1 teaspoon of Salt
2 tablespoons of Sugar.
2 cups of Bread Flour
½ cup of Whole-wheat Flour.
1 ½ teaspoons of active dry Yeast.
¼ cup of Dried sour cherries.
½ cup of chopped Almonds.

Preparation Instructions:

Put all ingredients into breadmachine tin according to manufacturer's directions.

Bake on white bread setting.

Bake according to manufacturer's instructions, add the almonds and cherries five minutes before the kneading is completed.

Serve warm or cold.
