Almond and Cherry Balls recipe
Ingredients:
2 teaspoons of Almond Extract.
¼ cup of Orange Juice.
3 cups of crushed Vanilla Wafers.
½ cup of white Karo Syrup.
1 x handful of Candied Cheries.
Coloured sprinkles and/or dipping chocolate.
Preparation Instructions:
Combine the almond extract, orange juice, wafers and syrup well.
Mold one tablespoon of the mix around each candied cherry.
Roll in coloured sprinkles, or if prefered dip in dipping chocolate (why not try both).
Store in air tight containers. Store the chocolate covered balls in the refrigator.
